Language is more than words. It carries family, identity, memories, and the way we make sense of our lives. OTÚN exists to help Spanish-speaking communities connect with support that recognizes that whole story.
Our work connects individuals and families with professionals, offers practical resources, and creates space for learning and community collaboration.
OTÚN grew from Jenny’s experience as a bilingual therapist and advocate for culturally responsive mental health care. Her work with underserved communities in the United States and Colombia shaped a vision of support that is accessible, respectful, and rooted in culture.
Her academic background includes psychology at Universidad de La Sabana, family violence intervention at the University of Barcelona, and social work at Loyola University Chicago.
